Playing catch-up again, cos I’ve done two more re-wites since this picture but, yes, book 1 of Margie Magellan is complete!
In this story we meet Margie, kid brother Fred and their Nan, and we have an adventure with the mysterious Kinetempix!
Currently called Margie Magellan’s Volcano Adventure, it’s out to gamma readers (one after beta) at the mo. Doubtless there will be another massive re-write when opinions come back, but here’s the current version of the blurb:
Schoolgirl Margie Magellan has a problem. She’s lost her kid brother … in time. When Fred accidentally travels to ancient Pompeii, Margie and her time-travelling Nan must brave baffling puzzles, a creepy kidnapper and a deadly volcano to rescue him before Dad picks them up for tea.
